Emmanuel is a committed and diligent lawyer who applies a lot of passion to his work. He joined the Firm with considerable years of experience in corporate and private practice. His superior research, writing and analytical skills have been of immense benefit to the Firm. He has many years of boardroom experience as well.

Emmanuel has advised and consulted for many local and international companies including real estate businesses, telecoms, commercial banks, savings and loans, local government institutions, oil and gas companies, among others. His open-mindedness and ability to communicate well with clients is a useful advantage. Emmanuel is very personable and easily gains the trust of clients.

He is a Partner of the Firm, primarily responsible for Dispute Resolution. He is also a lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School where he teaches courses like Commercial Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Company Law, Business Law, Administrative Law and other regulatory law-related subjects. Emmanuel holds an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and a PhD Candidate at EUCLID University reading PhD International Law & Treaty Law. Emmanuel is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA).

He is a motivational speaker and an advocate for youth entrepreneurship and leadership.
