As a founding partner, Isaac has overseen the growth of the firm’s income by 100% and he

now leads over ten employees. He is known for his open and transparent style. He practices

both corporate and commercial law, and has particular experience in real estate, oil and gas

law, insurance law, and banking and finance law.

Isaac specialises in advising entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals on their business

interests. His experience is unusually diverse and includes time as legal counsel with one of

the largest providers of complex services and supplies in Ghana.

He advises on corporate transactions, including angel, VC and PE investments, mergers and

acquisitions, joint ventures, and re-organizations. He is an advisory board member of many

start-up businesses in Ghana and regularly acts for founders of and those investing in earlystage

and startup ventures. He also advises companies on their funding and structuring,

particularly those with a technological focus.

Isaac also advises on a wide range of commercial and contractual arrangements, including

real estate management, insurance, anti-money laundering and international arbitration,

outsourcing, intellectual property rights, franchising, agency, and distribution arrangements.
